How often do teams practice?
Teams typically practice 3–4 times per week depending on the tournament schedule.
How many tournaments will each team play in?
Each team will compete in two local tournaments and at least one out-of-state tournament as part of the travel experience.
Is this a travel league?
Yes. Elite 7 is a travel 7v7 league. Teams compete in local and out-of-state tournaments.
